Return and Refund Policy

Policy Duration: Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:
 Items must be unused and in the original condition with original packaging.
Custom work items and personalized merchandise cannot be returned.

Exempt Items:
Apparel that has been **used or washed**.
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Defective Items:
If there's a material or printing defect, we can offer a discount or reprint the item.

Partial Refunds:
 Certain situations may warrant a partial refund (details below).

 If a partial refund is applicable, please use the contact form:
    - Reference your order/invoice number.
    - Describe the issue.
    - Attach a photo if possible (we may request this later).

 Expect a response within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
 Gift cards and custom apparel.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
